Connect Weshare and Zoom

With the Zoom integration, you can add video conferencing links attached to your Weshare appointments.

Install the Zoom integration

1. In Settings, see the Connections section.
2. Find Zoom and click Connect.
3. Enter your credentials to log into Zoom, or click SSO, Google, or Facebook to log in through those services.
4. Click Authorize.
5. You’re Connected!

To connect Zoom to a specific appointment page:

1. Create a new appointment page by clicking the Create new button.
2. Follow through the appointment page creation flow until you get to the Add location page.
3. In add location page, click on Zoom.
4. Enter your credentials to log into Zoom, or click SSO, Google, or Facebook to log in through those services.
5. Click Authorize.
6. Once you create an appointment page and select Zoom. Weshare will generate a Zoom virtual meeting every time a client books an appointment on your Weshare calendar.

If you see an error message saying that the app needs to be pre-approved, visit the Zoom App Marketplace and pre-approve Weshare.

Uninstalling the Zoom integration

1. In Settings, see the Connections section.
2. Find Zoom and click Disconnect.
3. Once you’re disconnecetd from Zoom, all your future appointments won’t be generating a Zoom meeting link. All your existing appointments will remain the same (with their respective Zoom link)

To uninstall Weshare integration for Zoom from the Zoom App Marketplace:

1. Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
2. Click Manage > Installed Apps or search “Weshare for Zoom“.
3. Click the Weshare for Zoom app.
4. Click Uninstall.
