With our Google integration, you can add video conferencing links attached to your Weshare appointments and sync your Google Calendar to your Weshare account.
Sign Up with Google & Sync Your Google Calendar
- Go to our signup page, and click the Signup With Google button.
- Enter your credentials to log into Google, or choose an account from your authorized Google accounts.
- Check the section to connect your Google Calendar*
- Click Continue.
- You’re signed up and connected!
- This section’s text is “See, edit, share, and permanently delete all the calendars you can access using Google Calendar” – syncing to your Google Calendar allows us to sync the appointments created by Weshare onto your Google Calendar and vice versa.
Connect your Google account from the Settings page
- In Settings, see the Connections section.
- Find Google and click Connect.
- Enter your credentials to log into Google, or choose an account from your authorized Google accounts.
- Click Authorize.
- You’re connected!
Connect Google Meet to a specific appointment page
- Create a new appointment page by clicking the Create new button.
- Follow through the appointment page creation flow until you get to the Add location page.
- In add location page, click on Google Meet.
- If you’re not connected with your Google account yet, enter your credentials to log into Google, or choose an account from your authorized Google accounts.
- Click Continue.
- Once you create an appointment page and select on Google Meet as your location. Weshare will generate a Google Meet (virtual meeting) every time a client books an appointment on your appointment page.
Uninstalling the Google integration
- In Settings or Calendar pages, see the Connections section.
- Find Google and click Disconnect.
- Once you’re disconnected from Google, all your future appointments won’t be generating a Google Meet virtual meeting link. All your existing appointments will remain the same (with their respective Google Meet link)
Uninstall the Weshare integration from your Google Account
- Login to Google, and navigate to your Google third-party apps permissions page.
- Find Weshare or and click on it.
- Here you can see how Weshare is connected to your Google account, to uninstall Weshare click on the Revoke Access button.
- That’s it, you’ve uninstalled.
