This guide answers common questions about getting started with Weshare, including how to customize your schedule and how clients book appointments with you.

What is Weshare?

Do I need special software to use Weshare?

Everything is web-based, so all you need is an internet connection and a web browser. We recommend using Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. Clients can use any type of device, including smartphones and tablets, to book with you.

Where can clients book with me?

There are a few ways to book appointments through Weshare:

  • Add a scheduler to your site using our sharing feature.
  • Send clients a link to your standalone scheduling page.
  • Book appointments for clients from your calendar or booking page.

What happens when my trial ends?

When your Weshare premium trial is almost over, upgrade messages will appear in your notificaitions. To continue using Weshare after your trial ends, you can purchase a paid plan. You won’t be charged for Weshare unless you choose a paid subscription.

If you don’t select a plan, your Weshare subscription will be cancelled. Everything you’ve done will be saved, but you’ll need to purchase a plan for clients to continue booking appointments.

How do I cancel my Weshare trial?

Go to your settings, find your Weshare trial, and use the three dots and the top right of its card to delete it. This will delete your Weshare trial. While you can add a plan again in the future, you will not be able to recover the information and settings from your deleted Weshare trial.

Can I connect Weshare to my personal calendar?

Yes. Scheduling can sync with Google. To learn more, visit Syncing with third-party calendars.

Does Scheduling send email notifications?

Yes. Weshare can send email and text messages to remind clients of upcoming appointments. It can also send emails confirming appointment booking, following up after appointments, and more. You can control whether Weshare sends you notifications.

Can I use Weshare for classes?

Yes. You can offer classes and group events, and allow multiple people to book an appointment for a specific time.

How do I edit a booked appointment?

You can edit any booked appointment in your calendar. Head over to calendar page and click on the relevant booked appointment. Than, click on the pen icon to edit the appointment information.

Also, clients can reschedule their own appointments by clicking Change/Cancel Appointment in their confirmation emails.
